I didn't see any movement rate modification with the speed attribute

maybe, my speed is too low ?

the constitution attribute determines how long you can run
the speed attribute should determine how quick you can run

I think speed is related to how fast you can swing your sword or reload your bow.

Isn't recovering related to the time it takes between two swings or the time needed to reload your bow? A higher speed, more swings per minute and more arrows a minute?

Yes, but the speed facror here does not apply or relate to how fast your hero can move from point a to point b. Although the amount of wieght that you are carring does, the more wieght the slower you will be.
