Boston is in England. In Fenland (Lincolnshire)
It's the capitol of the district Parts of Holland.

There's another Boston in the USA. Capitol of Ma. (and that one is named after the one in England)

And Boston is also a Scottish theologist and presbyterian preacher. ( first name: Thomas)
