I wasn't talking about the fattening factor of beer, we ALL know it is fattening, but so is soda. but afaik beer is still a little healthier than coca cola though

well, because Soda has the same bad sides as beer, only imho: Soda consists of nothung BUT pure chemicals while beer at least has some natural ingredients such as HOP.
