yes but it's different....or so i'm told anyway....

it must be just water, because... there are elements or something in mixed water drinks, that do the opposite effect and hinder the flow of the "water cleansing system"...it sounded alot better, and prob made more sense too,...

that would mean a total of 3 liters, oh yeah, forgot beer, 5 whole leaters!

my boyfriend definetaly gets his reccommened daily amount of pure water... i've never seen a man drink as much water as he does. he drinks like, a gallon a day. of just straight water.

I drink lots of water to and I won't be far from the 2 liters away

That's not true.
Even tap water is different everywhere. In some places you shouldn't even drink it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />
The idea is simply to get about two liters of water in and through your body a day.
