LaFille, the Feta is only hot, not melted. Maybe a little bit softer, but (with the different Feta i try the recipe) it is never melted.
As what you eat this, as meal or as appetizer, is your own choice. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

@ Stone yeap. Feta is not melting. Unless you crash it whith a fork, mix it with crashed tomatoes, a bit of garlic or onion, and then serve it with pasta. Yiammy

When exactly I ignored your humor Ube? If this is the idea you got I must say it is wrong. Perhaps I was bussy and could not read some threads. I have already told people that I am very bussy with my work and some personal matters thus I do not have so much time for the forum. But I am not ingoring you.
