Make sure you go through all of the speech options, so you will ba able to complete George's murder quest. If you are a warrior, you can drink a shadow potion and use your spin attack near (but not directly on) the vampire. Blind would probably work, if you have it. Curse + freeze, or similar variations, scorpions.... or just come back at a higher level with better equipment.
