make screenshots, use the "print screen" button on your keyboard, then you screen is 'copied' onto your clipboard, all you gotta do then is paste it (I use MS-Paint for it) and save it as JPEG or GIF (MS-paint can save as JPEG) upload those screenies on some webspace and put the URL to it in here
