the problem with the others at the moment is compatability.... the systems that this will have to run on.... can just about only handle MS access...

but i am getting there.... at least most of it is done... just still setting up the network saving and the report scripts... cause there is NO WAY i am embedding 3000 photos in a database...

If you have the programm access with you - you can handle the database like a tiny sql server from within access. I learned that once, but I forgot how. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> I don't have MS Office.
