It indeed didn't have much use, because it was the old greek language (the one that isn't used in the same way anymore)
The letters are mostly the same though <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
alfa. beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zdeta, eta, theta, jota, kappa, labda, mu, nu, xi, omnikron, pi, rho, sigma, tau, phi, gi, psi, omega (thats how you pronounce them( in dutch))

For those that didn't recognised it, that was supposed to be the greek alphabet <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> but in "normal"letters.
