I was actually a member of the old board, I remember the time when there was only 30 something members on it. And the DivDiv project was actually called Divinity: Sword of Lies. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

I did not bother with the MP discussion then since <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> was clearly a SP one-character game.

I have a friend, with whom I play quite a lot of games together.
We both like the same genre and all..
For us it could be great if 1 could play the DK and another the "hero".
Sounds like fun.
But on the other hand, it can create difficulties, walking in each others way, stealing items for each others noses, arguments about skill points investements etc <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Multiplayer should never take over singleplayer, and the worst games ever are the games which let you pay X dollars a month to play them online <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/suspicion.gif" alt="" />

I'm playing asheron's call 2 and really enjoying it ...

2 weeks free trial, buy the game for 12 euros, one month for free, 12 euros a month.
This means you'll get to the price of a full game (50 euros) after 6 months, very good value imo.

Played some mmpogs and I find them much more fun than 'normal' MP games like dungeon siege or NWN.
