The files which hold the information for Verdistis and the council hall end in .x1 or .1.

.x0 / .0 = Aleroth, Ars magicana, etc.
.x1 / .1 = Verdistis, council hall
.x2 / .2 = Dark Forest

Make a copy of your latest save and try copying files into it from your last working save (or the default versions ['..\Divine Divinity\Run\main\startup.v2 '] if you have to. Replacing the shroud file should not have any effect other than re-setting the fog of war. Replacing the world file will re-set all the quest opened doors and any items on the ground in Verdistis and the council hall to the way they were in the previous working game. If you have to use the default files, this would basically be giving yourself the Map has gone back to black bug, though there are work arounds to get into re-sealed locations.

Once you find the file which lets you enter Verdistis, delete that save, make a new copy and try just that file. I think someone else fixed this by replacing the world.x1 and map.1 files, IIRC.

Mach eine kopie deines letzten savegames wo Du noch verdiditis zurückkehren kannst.
Wenn Du das savegame gefunden hast, dann ersetze alle dateien die auf .x1 oder.1 enden durch die Dateien aus dem alten savegame.
