I dunno if that's right, but to me it reads as: I am a Sauce! as Hollandaise is a type of luxurious warm mayonaise <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
But I do seem to remember from posting in Europe that Holland was often reffered to in French as Pays-Bas, so maybe it should be somewhere along the line "J'avec de Pays Bas" ?
Barta plz feel free to correct me, as I did 3 years of French some 30 years ago, and they don't speak a lot of French in Australia, so to say it is rusty would be an understatement, more it is slowly oxidizing away <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
