In my new CGW mag page 54 they talk of a game called Kult. They say "This could be the next Divine Divinity"
Ah, it's a short artical...I will type it out.
Word on the street: An Isometric RPG that could be the next
Divine Divinity ,
Kult blends traditional play mechanics with modern 3 dimensional graphic convention. Visiting Rywennia, a storied realm, you'll explore seven worlds and 50 maps replete with dozens of quests, including several hosted by a parallel reality known as the Dreamworld. Wiyh more than 50 spells to master and hundreds of weapons and items up for grabs,
Kult will have homebrew heroes reaching for their broadsword in no time.
Sounds kinda beat: Props to Slovakia; between this and
Empire Of Magic, the country has the market cornered on low-rent fantasy fare. Looking at the fairly nondescript features list, it's obvious that Creator 3D People isn't planning on raising the bar. However, if the firm can make good on promises and capitolize on the same play formula that vaulted Diablo into the charts, this first effort could proove a minor victory and a stepping stone twored bigger and better projects.
Title is from- 3D People/ Available Q2 2004.
Kult This sounds like it might be a rainy day filler for breaks in the <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> action.
What say you?
