When encountering the ghost Edmond I asked can you teach me anything, I picked one of the two options, paid the gold, but nothing seemed to have happened. I also found a skill book and clicked on it, it said that I had learned the skill of identification. None of these skills, however, are showing up in the skill tree. Am I doing something wrong here, or does this not work in the demo?
