There ARE rules of conduct we sign by registration - they could be a mighty instrument if used - this goes to the mods.
Kiya is right and we as forum members have an obligation to help the mods by reporting infractions of these rules to them. We have all gotten caught up in the throws of bad conduct one way or another. When we see someone out right cause offense to another we need to try and stay out of it and report it to the mods instead.
