I want to be a depressed wanna-be Grim Reaper who always drinks and rides his Pig Blinky!

Can i be the evil dude...i will send my minions of destruction to destroy you all every 4 days or so...and Ill send the crappiest ones first when you are all still inexperienced and weak then as you get stronger Ill send progressivly stronger monsters with major blaring faults....ill do this instead of sending my super monster right away and killing you all off ... would be a really short story then...
