When the vampire left his minions suddenly became lifeless. I looked around the see if everyone was ok. Thankfully, no one had been badly hurt. Tracking down this vampire is going to be one hell of an adventure, and I dont want to be part of it in any way.
To me, only one thing mattered. I had to find the person who killed Hayley, and it certainly wasnt a vampire. Vampires dont kill people so brutally. I decided to leave town as fast as possible.
"I'm glad to see everyone's ok, but I must go already. Do be careful if you decide to track and kill the vampire, they are nasty things. He'll find a way to get past your garlic."
After those words I turned around and left the village.
