I assume that you have tried to re-install it a few times. Hmmmmm.... Did you buy this retail or from someone else. Or EBAY? Sometimes the cd is damaged. Or the file on the cd is corrupted in some way. I have XP pro and had no problem installing it. Any other info on your PC?
