i don't like to cheat but I found some items that are too much from me but is there a way to make mony fast

when you kill the orcs they usually drop items that you can sell for money. also in the orc camp there are alot of weapon racks with stuff on them.

there are mainly two ways to get money. sell the stuff that you don't want anymore, or cheat.

If you don' have any charms, statuettes or other items of value that you can sell/trade for what you want, you can cheat.
For items which can be stacked, there is an easy way to get more.
Drag a stack out of (or into) your inventory (or container) and hold down the control key before dropping. This will bring up the split stack pane; type in a negative number and hit enter (the checkmark will be greyed out). This can also be done in the trade window.

You could also put some skill points into Pickpocket, and steal a bunch of stuff from Tingalf, if he is still around (I think level 4 is enough, never tried myself).

how do cheat to make more money to to get really really priced item

Gold is stackable (ie in piles). In the trade window, do the trick above with gold.
