Ok i am pretty much convinced, and i have asked for the game for my birthday (only 9 days away) yey.
I played the demo on recommendation (actually found it on an old magazine cover disk) and it seems very good although i wish i could try out the mage and survivor character classes. The graphics are suitably detailed, and i was almost fooled that the character sprites were 3d models. Really disliked the voice acting though, but i cant say that it really puts me off enough to not get the game. The music was superb however (how do to sound departments get things so wrong and yet another gets it so right?), suitably classical and fantasy film esque.
I am a little worried about the patch comment... is the game seriously bugged then? Is it really necessary to download the patch and what kind of size is it.
I am glad that someone mentioned that its still on their hard drive, currently i am having trouble getting ingrossed in some games, their either over to quickly or not worth playing again... heres hoping that <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> has the lastability of 'X2 the threat.'
