For me they can spoil as much as they want ONLY when the replace important words with "the thing".
example.
I must say the thing in the ting was quite good. I was a bit disappointed about the thing in the other thing. But in general the thing is just good. And that funny thing when the thing and the other thing did the other thing I laughed my a$$ off.
Or should it be [nocando]
I must say [nocando] in [nocando] was quite good. I was a bit disappointed about [nocando]in [nocando]

and the other [nocando] did the other [nocando] I laughed my a$$ off.
