It seems the game is out already in German but not yet in English. Which is the original language?
I prefer getting games in the original language (if it's not too hard), and usually that is English. But if for once the game should be German in the original, seeing as German is my first language, would be pretty stupid getting it in English after all...

I would suggest you to wait for the English version. The german version has no spoken dialogues (cancelled out), whereas the english version is fully spokenn.

yeah, the german release is usually earlier because the fanbase is quite big there

you can notice at the posts in the german only sections.
