Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) General Steel undead have insane armor?

It's me again, that guy that killed a cat. I noticed before in the Abbey that my mage has some problems with killing Steel Undead (skeletons). I've no problems eradicating others enemies with my fireballs (lvl5 yah), but those Steel guys (I'm now escaping from a certain dungeon, from a certain demoness) are almost immune it seems?!

What can my mage do against them? What spell would be most useful? Or do I have a serious problem now?

i believe lightning was more effective i don't know for sure.....i always go melee on them..with my mage....

Go someplace else. Level up. Then return.

Yes, I've noticed I went in the wrong direction. Damn. I thought I had to go down, but it turned out, that I was able to leave that dungeon in ten minutes <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />.

Anywayz, I found a Chaos Blade, and most things die in one or two strokes now <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />.

chaos blade and the royal sword are some of the best swords in the game in the begining.

especially with level 3 frost!

the lightning spell will take out the steel skeletons.
