Hi..

I was dumb and didn't save before I took the Sword out of the Stone.. I saved afterwards.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />

I know that I have to put the sword back in, (or everything in the dark forest will die) but how???

I've tried dragging from my inventory and putting it back, it just drops to the other side of the boulder.

I've had it in my inventory, and clicked on the boulder (that didn't do anything)

I've had it equipped and clicked on the boulder (That didn't do anything either)..

Hopefully someone can answer soon, as I'm rather stuck at the moment.. don't dare leave or everyone will die..

Wait until the stone glows, then drag and drop the sword onto it.

for the stone to glow you need to kill the spirit that comes out of it. then the stone glows and you can trap the spirit into the stone once again.

And thank you for your answers. I believe I know what my problem is.. I've been using the wrong sword.. LOL!!!

I'm actually not sure if the one I need actually went to my inventory.. Going to dbl check here in a minute. My weight is just about maxed out, so am carrying minimum armor/weapons. So after I pulled it.. I looked in my inventory for a new sword, and saw a death blade.. I've been using that.. LOL!

Guess I have to check and see if the "correct" sword is showing up in my inventory.. Yes.. I can be "such a goof!" sometimes.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

If it's not there, then I'll just go to my previous save.. which, although isn't much of a level change, it was a lot of stuff I had done..
