I've seen this on the CDV board too. There's a list of 13 games forums to post game specific stuff under and still they use the "General" forum.

No Lews it is not a quetion of teaching.
There are two kind of people.

Some of them are new, they don't understand very well english, it's their first post and they make a mistake posting in the wrong section.

The others ones don't care, they don't want to take the time to read all the titles, they just want an answer to their question which is the MOST IMPORTANT of the whole forum.
