What does everyone think about this new first page for my site

hey goldy,

it looks good. but u can improve it by making the graphics smaller. u can try programs such as IrfanView which is free to resize your pix so the page will load quickly.

when i have time, i'll design a banner for u, goldy.

I like it very much, but I will only say something about possible improvements, so please don´t get angry. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

I would list <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" /> first as it is the most recent game, and therefore more interesting than <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" />.

I would also try to get a banner for the first sentence of the page instead of just writing it...
...but it seems that thanks to janggut this problem will disapear.

I agree with Bernhard i would list Beyond Divinity first.
I am trying to do a Beyond Divinity site also and i know that it is not easy to do.

I create section so that when I solve a quest I only need to copy paste it in my db. so no seprete HTML files.



I've not updated my site since november.

The first hints you gave me a few days ago helped me a lot and gave me more insurance to continue the fansite.

Well it's up here

realy hate adds. only works with IE (new design will be cross compatable). This is only a temporary site. I realy hate the design <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> and when I got time the site will be competly redesigned. Flash movie will also be alot better in the future (with sound, this version was thrown together in 10 min) Content in the maps and quest sections will follow soon.

After seeing your Beyond Divinity site, now i am sure that i will never give a link to my site <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

Yes the site looks nice on first sight but I know all the grafical bugs en develop bugs <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/down.gif" alt="" />. Now that I know my faults the new design will be much better en nicer to look at. More to a normal site because now the frame (scroll) takes up to much place on the screen. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

But we should all go back to praise goldy's site. simple in design and easy to look at. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/up.gif" alt="" />

Wow thanks everyone. How do you make a banner? I have no idea. I'm going to try and make the pics smaller and rearrange it.
