I wonder: have they changed they're movie (you know, the running dog) I hope so, that movie should do the quality of the developers justice and the 'old' one doesn't

I agree with you. The running dog/wolf/coyote (or whatever it was) wasn't all that great. Maybe they need a slogan, like EA sports. You know: "EA sports, it's in the game!". <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

at least sth that has a better resolution... i mean that doesn't look so pixellated

I like the dog, but a higher resolution would be nice.

not a good PR move imho... they really should've upgraded that movie by now

Let me see:
-A new movie would cost money.
-There is absolutely no person on this earth who would buy the game if it had another company intro, but wouldn't now.

So, if I were Larian, I wouldn't do a new movie, either. And I like the movie. Hey, it's Lar running over the dunes, isn't it?

The dunes look nice, but the dog needs better animation. Plus, I think it would look better if they just skipped the dog, and went straight on to the larian logo with a lens flare.

I know the entire thing is trivial, but hey, the little things count too. Plus, the company logo is the first thing you see, and first impressions are everything, are they not?

I would keep the dog the whole scene is not to long. I was more anoyed by the CDV movie wich was way to long and looked crappy. I did like the Larian movie.

I believe that Larian needs to build up a good reputation first to actually have a slogan which clearly descibes the company (ant it's games).

(Slogan from Scottish : war cry (as far as I know).

Larian studios : Made by gamers, played by gamers
