Yes, I got this Problem as well now.
So I help myselve with saving the game at this time ( you still can use the keyboard (Esc -> Save -> type in a new savagement -> returnebutton)) and than load the just made savagement (Esc -> LoadGame -> choose the new savagement -> returnebutton)!
Et voilas: Mouse is working again!!
