I wish they would give the speech files free for download for the German Version (and to show Ubi Soft that Gamers want them <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" /> ) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> .
If they can, then they can't do it before the relase of the english version.
I'm not sure who owns the rights at the moment for the voices. The first were done inhouse. The new ones are not, I suppose it has been done with the help of one or more publishers. Maybe there are some contractual limitations with the studio doing the new voices that limit a free distribution of the voices.
