Just a question, what is the worse thing that can happen to me if I doesn't patch? Are there any main quest that I can't complete without it? Or does it only affect optional quests? If that's so, how many optional quest will be "unincompleteable"? Does the word "unincompleteable" really exist? Did I said "just a question"? phew...
