my friend got into castle stormfist and had a look around as you do and spotted the dragon shield. he didnt pick it up and left stormfist after the Janus quests. can you get in there after you have been kicked out of the castle... possibly through the sewers maybe?

Yes you can get inside easy just by going as near the gate as possible and toss your teleporter stone through thruogh the entrance.

Also, if you run into the castle, then click inside again immediately after the conversation with the guard ends, they will not be quick enough to stop you a second time.
