In the first part of the prision there is a locked chest on the walkway. It's pretty close to the iron bar door that the Death Knight says needs to be opened from the other side. I'm unable to open it and I have lock pick skill one. I've gone to to kill Fergus and several guards and picked up several keys but the chest still won't open for me. Am I missing something?
