Can anyone tell me the location of the doctor's monster book? I talked to the army doctor and he asked me to find his monster book for him and told me about the imps, monster cages, and rats. I searched everywhere I could think the book could be, in the monster cages, in the imps room, in the room where all the rats spawned and several other places. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where I can find the book?

Why are all guards attacking me on sight ?
I see ppl doing quest for the doctor, when I met him he directly tried to kill me. And Samuel tells me ''I found it funny when you gave that guard a bottle of rhum '' I never did. Did I do something wrong.

Perhaps when I started to play I took something wrong there ?

I am level 11 and just got out the citadel :-(

When you entered the citadel, a guard attacked you and, when killed, dropped a Citadel DISGUISE Armor.
Try wearing it....

When the Death Knight mentioned using a disguise so as not to be recognized as escape prisoners, that was what he meant. You missed a few quests, traders and teachers by not using the citadel guard armour.

The rum was for a quest that you did not get. A merchant would have asked you to steal a book, and you could use the rum to get the guard drunk to get into the quarters of the person who had it.

How do you get back to level 1 from here if you didn't pick up the book in the first place (since you fell onto a haystack in level 2 and can't climb back up)?

Take the stairways - until you're in the starting level. Then pull the lever => door opens and you can enter the arena section.
