Reviving an old thread here, but this is just not working for me.
I have patch 1.44 installed, and absolutely nothing whatsoever happens when I try to combine salt and coal in the hero's inventory (or anywhere else). I mean nothing--I might as well be trying to combine rope and fruit.
Added on edit: this aside from my annoyance that the forula for gunpowder is wring--it reuire sodium nitrate, not sodium chloride--or perhaps it works differently in an alterantive universe? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
