I've since noticed that in act 2 battlefields one of the merchants is missing. It's the guy who sold the weapons. On the plus side all the buggy quests from act 1 have vanished.
Negative, at least 2 quests in Act 1 battlefield are still buggy. 1. Do not touch your copper amulet after completing the quest, or it will return. and 2. the bull axe can't be completed.
