I am having an issue in this area. I cant seem to activate the conversation between the three strangers. ive done everything i can think of including going upstairs and looting, sleeping, walking all over the tavern, talking to everybody multiple times, walking around the exterior, closing myself up in the most western room of the tavern and still cannot get the quest to activate. if anybody can tell me what im doing wrong i would be most appreciative.
