Those are at least easy to figure out by seeing the changes in your resistances, and you can remove the crystals from the bag at any time. It is pretty self-explanatory: A fire crytal protects against fire, a bone crystal against bone damage, etc. Not a huge amount of protection, though. A medium crystal is like 4% resistance.
