I've been using NAV for years without any trouble and I'm currently on Norton Internet Security Pro 2004.
Then recently I started having the same trouble with NAV that others have been describing in this thread. It didn't occur to me that there might be a connection with BD until I came across this thread (while looking for something else) and realised that the trouble with NAV did start at about the same time that I installed BD.
I can't imagine how BD could be affecting NAV, but it does seem a strange coincidence especially if someone else has also had it happen.
As well as NAV, I regularly Spybot, so I'm fairly confident that I don't have any nasties on my machine.
