does it BooSt the effect if you have two of same passive skills?

Example:

I have maxed my Warrior/onehanded/slashing/Accuracy: 6 points (cant boost it longer untill i learn more than 6)

And if i have 1 skill point to use and i make a new exact same skill and set the accuracy to 1 on that skill.

Question: will I then have total of 7 in accuracy or is only the highest skill used?

That character, alone. If you increase the accuracy of another character's weapons use, that second character will simply become more accurate with their own weapon.

They won't stack, so only the lvl6 is taking into account
