Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems Graphics options

Is the configuration tool the only way you can set graphics prefs? My tool doesnt seem to work right, it doesnt matter what I select, the game is in the same res all the time. Also, if I hit the reset button it makes no difference. It says its deleting a file, and alludes to me being able to change settings from within the gam. But the file ends up getting recreated and there are no options in game for Video aside from Gamma and Darkness.

edit I am using English Patch 1.41 if that helps

You can manually edit the config.div file in any text editor to change the resolution.
When you test in the configuration program, does the size of the test image shrink with higher resolutions? Are you sure you are hitting 'apply & close' after selecting the desired resolution?

I will double check that I am hitting Apply, and I will also look into the text editing of that file.
