in order not to lose all hope, why not check and see if both pyramids have accidentally been reset to their original start location? after all this is possible. otherwise hopefully, larian will be willing to release a fix that will reinsert the pyramids into whatever file / location they need to be so you can get them if placing them in the savegames is impossible. this is a big game breaker. especially if the pyramids are a must for certain things.
