Well I loaded a Patch 1.3 save, and copied my pyramids to the new save where they are missing, same thing as the files you posted though, they are there but they dont do anything, and the game doesnt recognize that I have them.
I've been getting along fine without them all through Act 3 though, hopefully they wont be needed in Act 4 and 5 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />
