Redoing this with teleporter pyramids from 1.3 and 1.42, it failed. I switched acts in 1.3 then saved, and re-saved under 1.42, then tried swapping. The difference may have been in the way various patches were applied or saves made. Arianna's missing teleporter was probably not due to the act 2->3 change, so maybe that is why it worked where other attempts failed. Maybe having 1 teleporter on the ground made a difference...
