"Well, the product doesn't work as intended, oh well, thanks for trying to make it work, all the effort to get it to work -after- I purchased it absolves you of the fact that it doesn't work! Also, if you had read my entire post, you would see I am still screwed even downloading the latest patch, sheesh.
