Some of the charms and values have changed since Divinity, but this is otherwise a good resource. The charms that added resistances in Divinity have been changed to speed, survival, evasion and durability.

Uru (green), Ser (blue), Min (red), Pag (silver), Yit (gold)

Iceri - Mana
Ydra - Strength
Joph - Agility
Vorr - Constitution
Koor - Intelligence
Zand - Survival

How do you get these charms into the equipment?

I got the skill from the teacher in BF1.

I put a point in it. However,

I click on the item I want to enchant to open the charm window. I see the one or two sockets for the charms. I also have the inventory window showing the charms open. But I can't click on a charm and get it to go into the item. I can't drag it into it either. How does this work?

There is no skill for charms in <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beyond.gif" alt="" />. Equip an item, click on it, then click-and-drag the charm onto the charm slot. That should work.
