the NE door is opened by a lever on the other side. You need the 2nd summoning test for this and get the key from Tax.
And if you mean the other 2 doors => close together? No key/lever found so far.
BTW => outcome is not the same for the 3 tests => you get rewards for each passed test in the chamber of evaluation and more XP.
