As soon as you have survived Act 1 (getting out of your prison is not done by conversations <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> ) you will be outside in Act 2 and see more of Nemisis. BTW, I don't know exactly where you are, but after you enter the Citadel - there are quests, dialogues etc. (if you listen to your DK).
I found the quests in Act 4 the most challenging of the game - but this is personal taste. And even in Act 2 - regarding gamer questions being stuck - I don't think all quests are easy.
