Noticed here too. I'd say about 75% of the charms in my game are ustr, ranging across all charm strengths. I've actually seen a few other things duplicate. For example, one of the sets of barrels in the barracks had the exact same items in all 5 barrels in the set. Related perhaps?
BTW, the doll problem has gotten progressively worse on my end, everyman. Trying to equip anything to the Summoned Skeleton doll crashes the game, as well as if the doll takes damage from a trap. Yes, fresh 1.42 save on fresh 1.0>1.42 installation.
