But Velthuijsen is right <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> - Rupert does not give you a bow, in spite of him telling you he would (he gave you money) - and his spoiler solution is correct, too?

<span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'>The archery contest is divided into 2 excluding each other sub quests => "Great champion" and "losing soldier". One of these has to fail according to your choice - in both cases the imp is the key. So, threatening Vadorix to tell his master after you have spoken with Rupert, triggers the choices:
Great champion => 13824 XP and -1 rep if you tell him he's a cheat and allow him to bribe you. 1000 gp.
Losing soldier => 12744 XP and +1 rep, if you tell Rupert the champions' a cheat. And 500 gp for a bow, he says</span>
