All it says in the "Book" is Item 1 + Item 2?

On the maps is there no way to tag places , like shops etc.?
If you see "Item 1 + Item 2" it means you cannot make the object yet. If you can, it will show the ingredients.
Magnus can make items in the Smithy tech.
Shops are automatically marked.
